Ingredients
3 tablespoons Eggless mayonnaise
4 Pineapple slices tinned
2 medium Apples
1/2 cup Walnut kernels
2 inch Celery
Iceberg lettuce leaves a few
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
Direction
2. Halve the apples, remove core and cut into chunks and add to the same bowl. Add walnut kernels and mayonnaise and mix well.
3. Tear a few iceberg lettuce leaves and add. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well again. Transfer into a serving plate and serve garnished with a few walnut kernels.
