Ingredients
2 tbsp masoor (split red lentil) dal

mix well and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
3. Add another ½ cup of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
4. Strain the cooked dal mixture using a strainer.
5. Serve the masoor dal water for babies lukewarm.
