Ingredients
2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Direction
2. Add the chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
3. Allow it to cool completely, and pack in an air-tight tiffin box.
