Ingredients

25 mm (1") piece cinnamon (dalchini)
3 cardamoms (elaichi)

1 cup mixed fresh fruit cubes (pineapple, oranges, pears
2 cups Steamed Rice
2 tbsp chopped mixed nuts (walnuts, cashewnuts, almonds,
2 tbsp rose water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fresh cream
1/4 cup milk
salt to taste

2. Add the mixed fruits and sauté for another minute.
3. Add the rice, mixed nuts, rose water, sugar, cream, milk and salt. Mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Serve immediately.
