Ingredients
2 1/4 cups of mixed sprouts (moong , chana , matki etc.)
salt to taste

heat enough water in a deep pan and add salt.
2. Once the water starts boiling
add the mixed sprouts and cook on a high flame for 6 to 8 minutes. They should be cooked and yet maintain a crunchy texture.
3. Drain using a sieve.
4. Use the boiled mixed sprouts as required.
