Ingredients
1/4 cup avocado cubes
1/2 cup blanched broccoli florets
1/2 cup colored capsicum cubes
1/4 cup tomato cubes
1/4 cup cucumber cubes
1/2 cup iceberg lettuce , torn into pieces
2 tsp roasted flaxseeds (alsi)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
2 tsp lemon juice
salt and to taste
Direction
2. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.
