2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice
Direction
honey
lemon juice and 2 cups of water in a jar and mix well.
2. Cover and keep the energy chia seed drink with lime and honey refrigerated for atleast 1 hour.
3. Just before serving
stir and drink.
