Ingredients
1 cup Boneless chicken cubes
Oil to deep fry
1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
1 Egg , beaten
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Tomato ketchup to serve
Direction
2. Take chicken cubes in a bowl, add flour and mix. Add salt, paprika, dried oregano, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese powder and egg and mix well.
3. Spread panko breadcrumbs on a plate and coat each chicken cube with it.
4. Slide the chicken cube into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
5. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder and parmesan cheese powder on top and mix well.
6. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
