Ingredients
6 flour tortillas
4 1/2 cups mexican fried rice
1/2 recipe of refried beans
2 avocados , deseeded , scooped and chopped
1/4 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh cream
salt to taste
1 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt and to taste
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
Direction
place the tortillas on a clean and dry surface
place ¾ cup of the mexican rice
on one side of the tortilla
put ¼ cup of refried beans
1 tbsp of guacamole
1 tbsp of uncooked salsa
2 tbsp of sour cream
1tbsp spring onion and sprinkle 1 tbsp of cheese
2. Fold the tortilla from the stuffed side 75% towards the other end.
3. Roll from the other side and make a wrap.
4. Repeat step 1 to 3 to make 5 more burritos.
5. Serve the burritos immediately.
